El corazón de un buen hombre

El corazón del hombre traza su rumbo, pero sus pasos los dirige el Señor. (Proverbios 16:9 NVI)

Quiero darle las gracias a Dios una vez más por la vida de mi hijo Joseph hoy cumple 19 años. Quiero decirles que el día de ayer teníamos una salida de padre e hijo. Pero como es el plan de Dios y no el de nosotros ayer la familia tuvo una emergencia y mi hijo Joseph sin enojarse como todo joven normalmente hace, hizo lo correcto y fue de gran ayuda para esta emergencia que su tía estaba teniendo, así conjunto con dos hermanas más que nos dieron la mano. Se siente bien tener jóvenes que verdaderamente aman a Dios y hacen lo que su corazón les dicta hacer. Joseph sigue siendo un joven normal con los ataques del mundo, con las mismas experiencias de todo joven pero con un toque súper especial que sólo Dios puede regalar. Gracias hijo por ser como eres Dios te regale muchos más años de vida y
continúe el plan que tiene para ti. Te amamos hijo. Gracias, Dios te bendiga!!

Reflection on Genesis 44:33 Sometimes we get a second chance. When we do, it’s important to seize the opportunity. That’s what Judah did. When his brothers wanted to kill Joseph, Judah didn’t rescue Joseph but instead suggested that they sell him as a slave (see Genesis 37:26–27 ). His second chance came when Benjamin’s life appeared to be in danger. This time Judah put his own life on the line to protect his half brother, Rachel’s other son. Perhaps this commitment was taken into account in the blessings that God inspired Jacob to give his sons; eventually the Messiah came through Judah’s descendants (see Genesis 49:10 ). God often gives us second chances in life. When he does, we need to take advantage of the opportunity and set things right.
