Dear Impact Prayer Team

Dear Impact Prayer Team,
Do you ever need some really good advice? Ever wish you could know what is going to happen in the future?

God has given us a wonderful Friend who does know what the future holds. Jesus is a faithful, loving Guide who is willing to lead anyone who surrenders to Him. By developing an intimate relationship with the Lord, you can discover the best possible road to travel in life.

This doesn’t mean your life will always be easy. In fact, God’s Word says that in this world, all believers will experience difficulty at one time or another. But Romans 8:28 promises that God will cause all things to work together for your good. That means as you continue to walk in obedience, He will be faithful to do amazing things in and through you.

My personal experience is that nothing compares to the awesome adventure of walking with Jesus Christ. I pray you will allow Him to guide you into the incredible life God has in mind.

As always, thank you for your faithful prayers for In Touch Ministries. If you would like to contact In Touch, please call 1-800-789-1473.
Prayerfully yours,

Charles F. Stanley

The Danger in Being a Christian: It began as a Jewish sect; fierce persecution only helped it spread Today's reading: Acts 8 Acts 8:1 On that day a great persecution broke out against the church at Jerusalem, and all except the apostles were scattered throughout Judea and Samaria. In some countries, a person who becomes a Christian forfeits a good education and job. And in a few countries, a person who converts risks his or her life. One church historian estimates that more Christians were martyred in the twentieth century than in all preceding centuries put together. Yet, strangely, more often than not, intense persecution of Christians leads to a spurt of growth in the church. An ancient saying expresses this phenomenon: "The blood of martyrs is the seed of the church." The First Big Advance For a while, the new faith enjoyed popular favor. But very soon it involved grave risk. In the book of Acts, the persecution that produced the first Christian martyr, St...

Recompensas celestiales
