Poco antes de su crucifixión, Jesús dijo a sus seguidores que oraran en su nombre; en otras palabras, que pidieran conforme a su voluntad. Jesucristo pagó en su totalidad el castigo por nuestros pecados al morir en la cruz. El aceptar su muerte expiatoria a favor nuestro, significa que tenemos ahora una nueva relación familiar y libre acceso al Padre celestial. ¡Detengámonos ya, y demos gracias a Dios por el increíble privilegio de la oración!
